Summer snacking, Latin style! A specialty of small, Chilean coastal villages, Mariscal is a raw salsa that can take many forms. Its perfect as a simple topping of fresh chilled seafood or shelfish (oysters!) or as a vibrant sauce for a cold pasta dish.
